I have a background in business analysis and project management so I know how to engage with new teams to understand their objectives and challenges through interviews, workshops, surveys and reviews.
My mission is to make workplaces happier and more productive by building skills, teamwork and confidence.

I founded Clearly Focused in 2018; it’s mostly me, but I have an amazing network of talented people that I can call upon when needed.
I have more than two decades experience in end-to-end project delivery as a project manager, business analyst, technical communicator and trainer.
I am absolutely passionate about agile ways of working, clear communication and writing, and setting teams up to succeed.
